Welcome to Axel Munthe High School, Anacapri, island of Capri
The project started in Anacapri, at the I.S.I.S Axel Munthe where we welcomed 10 participant teachers – 2 from each partner country (Turkey, Croatia, The Republic of North Macedonia, Greece and Lithuania). Although the weather was not excellent, our teachers and students were ready to accompany all the partners in a tour of the building ending with the performance of the school choir.Then Mr Stefano Busiello, Maths and Phisics teacher with a thesis on fractals, presented his lecture "Applying interdisciplinary approach" which engaged theachers and students who were in the Auditorium. After lunch, cooked and served by the students, the teachers had a guided tour of Anacapri and visited Villa San Michele, the beautiful house-museum of Axel Munthe, the Swedish doctor who spent almost all his life on the island, taking care of local people and of local flora and fauna.
